 The Kenya Universities and Student Organization(KUSO) has issued a warning over delayed HELB  disbursement to various students in the universities. Students seeking help in Anniversary Towers T hrough their leadership, the students are planning to make demonstrations at the Anniversary Towers due to HELB uncertainties and the delinquency to allocate funds earlier and make the students eat as chickens while the rest eat chickens.
